Travel And Meetings

As part of the adoption process you will be required to travel to Poland meet the surrogate mother in order to make arrangements to complete the adoption.

Generally you will travel to Warsaw Poland. You can get a feel for the costs of airline travel to Warsaw by going to this page and checking the flight costs from your location to Warsaw. Reservations

You will meet with the surrogate mothers in a private setting in a conference room. We will recommend to you hotels in the vicinity of the conference room.

You will be met at the airport by one of our consultants and escorted to your hotel. You will also be met each time there is an appointment with one of the surrogate mothers and taken to the appointment room.

Your consultant will also provide you with the an information package and help you with productively spending your free time in Warsaw.

Typically you can accomplish everything necessary on your first visit in about three days in Warsaw. Generally we will give you the first day to rest after travel and get acclimated and you can start appointments on the second day. The remaining two days will be for meetings with the mothers.

You will, of course, make one or more trips after that one of which will be to bring your child back to your home country.
